Book Launch
Br. Tony Butler, one of the last three teaching brothers at Marist College, Kogarah has written a book about the history of the College.
The book was launched at the Centenary Dinner on 23rd May by Mr. Peter Mc Namara. Peter is currently Executive Director of Marist Ministries and was the first lay Principal of the College.
Brother Tony spoke at the dinner and paid tribute to Sr. Patricia Anderson, the College's Archivist from 1996 - 2007, whose research has been critical to our Centenary Celebrations.
In his speech Brother Tony also spoke about the title of the book and its links to Marcellin Champagnat.
Thanks was also given by Mr. Mark Hilderbrant who contributed to the Sports Section of the book.
