The Hon. Kevin Greene MLA

kgreeneKevin Greene completed Years 11 and 12 at Marist Brother's High School, Kogarah in 1975 - 1976.

At the age of 19 Kevin became president of the Illawarra Catholic cricket club and secretary of the football club. This involvement with children led Kevin into a long teaching career in Catholic Schools.

In 1999 Kevin resigned from his job as Principal of St Brendan’s primary school at Annandale when he was elected to parliament as the Labor Member for Georges River.

Kevin is currently Member for Oatley holding a seat in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly. He will soon celebrater his 10th Annivesery as Local Member for Oatley. Currently Kevin is Minister for Gaming and Racing and Minister for Sport and Recreation.

On Tuesday 17th March, 2009 Kevin returned to the College to be interviewed as part of our series of Centenary Interviews with prominent ex-students.
